We take our original Pink Sand Gin and infuse it with pure Hibiscus extract. It is the perfect foundation of any gin cocktail, but works especially well in a Gin & Tonic, Gin Fizz or a classic island Sky Juice.


- 1 oz Pink Sand Gin
- 1 oz Lychee Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Calamansi Juice
- Top with Louis Picamelot Cremant de Bourgogne
