• 1.5 oz PS Vodka
• 2 oz. Piuros Cold Pressed Spicy Sour Juice
• 0.75 oz Triple Sec
• 0.5 oz Piuros Cold Pressed Lime Juice
• 1 oz. Simple Syrup
• Folkington's Club Soda

Instructions:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine PS Vodka, Cointreau, spicy sour juice, lime juice and simple syrup.
• Shake well.
• Strain into a collins glass over ice.
• Top with club soda
• Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel and jalapeño.

Our island version of a classic Cosmopolitan.

• 1.5 oz PS Citrus Vodka
• 1 oz Folkington's Cranberry
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.5 oz Piuros Cold Pressed Lime Juice

• Shake well.
• Strain into a martini glass.

• 6 oz. Piuros Cold Pressed Ginger Juice

Instructions:

• Into a tall glass filled with ice, pour the ginger juice and float the PS White Rum on top.
• Stir (until it looks like a sunny day).
• Optional garnish: dehydrated lime wheel.
